Changing Your Password

Keep your account secure by using a strong password and changing it regularly.

Changing Your Password

1. Go to Settings > Security
2. Click Change Password
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter new password
5. Confirm new password
6. Click Update Password

Password Requirements

Your password must have:

• Minimum 12 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

Forgot Your Password?

1. Go to the login page
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your inbox for reset link
5. Click link within 1 hour
6. Set your new password

Password Tips

Do:

• Use a password manager
• Use unique passwords per site
• Enable 2FA for extra security
• Change passwords if breached

Don't:

• Reuse passwords
• Use personal info (birthday, names)
• Share passwords
• Use common patterns (123456, password)

Checking for Breaches

Check if your password was exposed:

1. Visit haveibeenpwned.com
2. Enter your email
3. If breached, change password immediately

Session Management

After changing password:

• All other sessions are logged out
• You remain logged in on current device
• Re-authenticate on other devices

Account Recovery

If you can't reset password:

1. Contact support
2. Verify your identity
3. Provide account details
4. Support will assist with recovery
