Notification Settings
Control what notifications you receive and how you receive them.
Notification Channels

Configuring Notifications
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Toggle notifications on/off
- Select preferred channels
- Save changes

Digest Options
- Immediate (as they happen)

Email Format
- HTML (rich formatting)

SMS Alerts
Reserved for urgent notifications:
- Payment failures
- Security alerts
- Service outages
Adding Phone Number
- Go to Notifications > SMS
- Enter phone number
- Verify with code
- Enable SMS alerts
Slack Integration
Get notifications in Slack:
- Go to Integrations > Slack
- Click Connect to Slack
- Select workspace and channel
- Choose notification types
- Save
Push Notifications
Browser notifications for real-time alerts:
- Enable in Notifications > Push
- Allow browser permission when prompted
- Works even when dashboard is closed
Unsubscribing
From Email Footer
Click "Unsubscribe" in any notification email
From Dashboard
- Go to Notifications
- Turn off unwanted categories
- Save
Note: Security notifications cannot be disabled.
Tips
- Keep security notifications enabled
- Use digest for less urgent updates
- Set up Slack for team visibility
- Add SMS for critical alerts only
