General Pricing
Q: Are prices shown with or without tax?
A: Prices are shown without tax. Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your location.
Q: Do you have hidden fees?
A: No hidden fees. The price you see includes:

- All standard features
Additional costs only for:
- Premium add-ons (clearly marked)
- Taxes (shown at checkout)
Q: Can prices change?
A: Yes, but:
- Current services keep their price until renewal
- We notify 30+ days before price changes

Domain Pricing
Q: Why is registration cheaper than renewal?
A: Promotional pricing for new registrations helps you try our service. Renewal is at standard rate.
Q: Why do prices vary by TLD?
A: Each registry (e.g., Verisign for .com) sets their own wholesale price. We add a small margin.
Q: What's a premium domain?
A: Short, memorable, or keyword-rich domains with higher registry prices. Clearly marked in search results.
VPS Pricing
Q: Is bandwidth included?
A: Yes, generous bandwidth included with all plans. Overage charged at $0.01/GB if exceeded.
Q: Hourly vs monthly billing?
A:
- Hourly: Pay only for what you use
- Monthly: Fixed rate, slightly cheaper
- Servers deleted mid-month are prorated
Q: What about IP addresses?
A: One IPv4 included free. Additional IPs: $3/month each.

Billing Cycle
